University Program
Snowbowl is excited to partner with the University of Montana to offer an 8-week program for academic credit. Registered UM students can earn one credit through Alpine, Snowboard, and Telemark classes, or two credits through Instructor Prep classes. Alpine Classes
Add skiing to your schedule! Class meets every Thursday at 1pm for 8 week. Choose between a beginner or intermediate class. Beginner classes are for people who have never skied, or have skied very little before. Intermediate classes are for those of you who have skied previously, and want to progress your skills. Transportation is not provided.
Snowboard Classes
Add snowboarding to your schedule! Class meets every Thursday at 1pm for 8 week. Choose between a beginner or intermediate class. Beginner classes are for people who have never snowboarded, or have snowboarded very little before. Intermediate classes are for those of you who have skied previously, and want to progress your skills. Transportation is not provided.
Instructor Prep
Learn a new skill AND get school credit for it! This course will teach you proper riding technique and the skills needed to become an Instructor. At the end of the 8-week course, there will be an opportunity to become a certified Instructor through PSIA. Participants need to be comfortable riding blue runs, all disciplines are welcome! Transportation is not provided.
