Terms & Conditions:

1. Deposit and Payment Requirements: A deposit equal 50% of the lodging cost is due upon making a booking.The balance of lodging is due 30 days prior to arrival- For reservations made within 30 days of arrival the entire lodging amount is due at time of the reservation.
2. Ski Season Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made more than 31 days before arrival then the deposit less a $20.00 service charge is refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, all payments made for lodging are forfeited. To make a cancellation please refer to your reservation number. Refunds for payment
   received by cash or check will be processed and paid by check following the 15th or end of the
   month following the cancellation date.
3. You must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
4. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.
5. All rooms are non-smoking. There is a $100 fee for violators.
6. Please observe our quiet hours of 10pm to 6am.
7. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Gelandesprung Lodge.
